Every day you need to open the hatchery doors and windows 3 to 4 times. After 1 to 7 days after hatching, the vent hole of the incubator was turned off; half of the opening time was 8 to 12 days, and all were opened 13 days later to keep the air inside the machine fresh, and there was enough oxygen for the embryo to develop and exhaust excessive carbon dioxide. After incubating, turn the egg once every 2 hours, turn the egg at an angle of 90 degrees, and stop turning the egg after 23 days.
Second control temperature:
The suitable temperature range for guinea fowl hatching is 37.5°C~38.8°C, and the hatching temperature is 37.5°C~37.7°C. When the summer temperature is high, the internal temperature can drop by 0.5°C. In production, in order to make full use of the incubator and facilitate management, batching and incubating, the temperature of the incubator can be kept constant at 38° C., “new and old eggs†are hatched on the same machine, “new eggs†are placed on the upper layer, and “old eggs†are placed on the lower layer. To make the "new egg" use the excess heat produced by the "old egg" and adjust it once every 3 days, so that an ideal hatching effect can also be achieved.
Three control humidity:
During hatching, the size of the humidity can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the water tray in the incubator to change the size of the water area. Incubation for 1 to 23 days, relative humidity maintained at 55% to 60%, 24 to 26 days, maintained at 70% to 75% is appropriate. To increase the humidity, the role of carbon dioxide in the air promotes the calcium carbonate in the eggshell to change to calcium bicarbonate. The shell becomes brittle, which is good for chicks' shells.
Four watering and airing eggs:
Excessive heat generated in the second half of the embryonic development period allows the embryo to be heated evenly and maintain the normal embryonic development. This is the key to improving the hatching rate. After incubation for 10 days, the egg is drenched with warm water at 38° C. to 40° C. for about 3 to 4 times per day (room temperature is below 25° C., 1 to 3 times per day; room temperature is above 25° C., 4 to 6 times per day). When the water is sprayed, cut off the power supply and pull the egg rack out of the machine. Sprinkle the water with a watering pot or a water scoop. It is advisable to drip the eggshell. Ten days after incubating, dry the eggs together with the water-spraying. After the water is poured, the eggs shall be air-dried to reduce the eggshell temperature to about 32°C. It is advisable to use the eyelids to feel cool and cool.
Five eggs turn to hatch:
In order to make full use of the incubator, check the embryonic development and increase the hatching rate. After 6 to 7 days after hatching, check whether there are no zygotes and dead zygotes; on the 13th to 14th days, remove the dead embryos, 23~24. Three days, remove dead fetus eggs. Incubation to 24 days, the egg was transferred to the out of the plate, no turning the eggs, sprayed with 38 to 40 °C warm water every day 3 to 4 times. After hatching for 26 days, chicks were hatched and hatched. Normal hatching was completed 28 days later.
