How the freezer works
1. Single-stage refrigeration cycle system Single-stage refrigerator is a widely used refrigeration machine, which can be applied to ice making, air conditioning, food refrigeration and industrial production processes. The single-stage refrigeration cycle means that the refrigerant is successively subjected to four processes of compression, condensation, throttling and evaporation in the refrigeration system, and the cycle of the single-stage refrigerator is completed, that is, the purpose of refrigeration is achieved.
The refrigeration system consists of an evaporator, a single-stage compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, an ammonia storage device, an ammonia separator, a throttle valve, and other ancillary equipment, and is connected to each other by a pipe to form a closed system. Wherein, the evaporator is a device for conveying a cooling amount, and the liquid refrigerant evaporates to absorb the heat of the cooled object to achieve refrigeration; the compressor is the heart of the system, functions to suck, compress, and transport the refrigerant vapor; the oil separator is used for sedimentation. Separating the oil in the compressed refrigerant vapor; the condenser condenses the high-temperature refrigerant vapor discharged from the compressor into a saturated liquid; the ammonia storage device stores the refrigerant ammonia condensed in the condenser, and adjusts between the condenser and the evaporator The supply and demand relationship of the refrigerant ammonia solution; the ammonia liquid separator is an important auxiliary equipment in the ammonia gravity liquid supply system; the throttle valve throttles the refrigerant to simultaneously control and regulate the flow rate of the refrigerant liquid flowing into the evaporator, The system is divided into two parts: the high pressure side and the low pressure side.
2. Two-stage refrigeration cycle system The two-stage refrigeration cycle is developed on the basis of a single-stage refrigeration cycle. The compression process is carried out in two stages. The refrigerant vapor from the evaporator first enters the low-pressure stage cylinder and is compressed to the intermediate pressure. After intermediate cooling, it enters the high pressure stage cylinder and is compressed to the condensing pressure and enters the condenser. Generally, when the evaporation temperature is between -25 ° C and -50 ° C, a two-stage compressor should be used for cooling. The refrigeration system consists of an evaporator, a two-stage compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, an intercooler, an ammonia storage device, an ammonia separator, a throttle valve, and other ancillary equipment, and is connected to each other through a pipe to form a closed system. . Among them, the intercooler uses a small amount of liquid refrigerant to vaporize and absorb heat at an intermediate pressure, so that the superheated steam discharged from the low-pressure stage is cooled, the intake temperature of the high-pressure stage is lowered, and the high-pressure liquid refrigerant is cooled.
3. Evaporative Condenser Operation Principle The high temperature gaseous refrigerant entering the condensing coil is heat exchanged with the spray water and air outside the coil through the wall of the coil. The temperature of the refrigerant gas decreases as the time in the tube lengthens. The gaseous state gradually becomes liquid. The super-strong wind power of the fan allows the spray water to fully cover the outer surface of the coil, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency. After the spray water and air absorb the heat of the coil wall, the temperature rises, part of the water changes from liquid to gas, and a lot of heat is taken away from the tube wall. The water in the hot and humid air is intercepted by the water retaining plate and introduced into the PVC heat exchange layer. Hot air is discharged. The water in the PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by the fresh air flowing through it, the temperature is lowered, flows into the sump, and then pumped into the sprinkler system to continue the circulation. The water lost to the air is automatically adjusted by the water level control device.
