The three-way drive is as follows:
1) The main shaft I drives the gears Z52 and Z20 of the duplex gear through the gear Z20, and then passes through the duplex gears Z52 and Z36 to the gear Z36 drive shaft VI to rotate the dosing feeder 8.
2) The spindle I drives the output shaft III of the shaft-variable transmission of the continuously variable transmission via the bevel gear Z30. Through the differential transmission device, the compensation speed outputted by the servo motor 11 is integrated, and then the pair of incomplete gears Z60 are rotated to drive the shaft V to rotate, thereby driving the longitudinal sealing roller 6 to rotate relative to each other.
3) The main shaft I drives the eccentric sprocket mechanism 4 of the shaft III through the bevel gear Z36 to output a non-equal speed movement, and drives the gear Z18 to drive the transverse sealing roller to rotate relative to the Z30 and the pair of Z30. The adjustment of the heat sealing speed can be achieved by adjusting the eccentricity value of the eccentric sprocket.
The traction acting on the longitudinal seal roller should be equal to the force exerted by the roller on the plastic film to allow the plastic film to slide down at a uniform speed.
Heat seal design
The plastic film and its composite material are commonly used packaging materials in the automatic bag making and packaging machine, especially the multilayer composite film, which is widely used in food packaging because of its airtightness and high strength.
The sealing of the plastic film adopts a hot-melt sealing method. The specific operation is: heating the two contact faces of the plastic film to be in a molten thermoplastic state, and then applying pressure to the sealing portion to seal the two films. The face fusion seal is firm. The factors affecting the quality of the sealing are mainly the heating temperature, the sealing pressure and the action time. There are many forms of hot-melt sealing methods. The commonly used ones are resistance heating method and pulse heating method, and high-frequency electric heating sealing, ultrasonic heating sealing, electromagnetic heating sealing and infrared heating sealing. Each method is suitable for a wide range of plastic materials. In the automatic bag-filling and packaging machine, the heat-sealing method of resistance heating is widely used, because of its simple mechanism and convenient regulation. Moreover, the film used for food packaging is mainly polyethylene and its composite materials, that is to say, mainly polyethylene is used as the heat sealing material, so the resistance heating sealing method can fully meet the requirements.
There are two sealing devices in the continuous bag making and packaging machine: vertical sealing device and transverse sealing device, which respectively realize longitudinal seam sealing and lateral sealing cutting of the packaging bag. They all use a resistance heating sealing method.
Design and calculation of longitudinal sealing roller
In the continuous automatic bag filling and packaging machine, since the film is continuously conveyed, the longitudinal seam sealing is continuously performed. For this purpose, two pairs of roller-type resistance-heated hot-melt sealers are used to achieve continuous longitudinal sealing. Here, the hot-melt sealing roller not only completes the longitudinal heat sealing of the packaging film bag, but also plays a role in the traction conveying of the packaging film. That is to say, the traction and longitudinal sealing are carried out simultaneously, and the traction roller is also a longitudinal sealing roller.
Uniform and fine mesh is processed on the sealing cylindrical surface of the longitudinal sealing roller to increase the firmness of the sealing, so that the heat sealing seam is beautiful and the quality is guaranteed. In addition, since the longitudinal sealing roller is heated for a long time during operation and is continuously relatively rolled, it is required to have better comprehensive mechanical properties. In actual production, alloy structural steel can be used, such as 40Cr steel.
